Mrs. Ragini Garud, the Director of Brahmanad Kala Mandal, has played an equally significant and inspiring role in building and nurturing the institution. She possesses vast experience in teaching Indian Classical Music and Harmonium and has dedicated her life to music education. Under her guidance, Brahmanad Kala Mandal functions as a registered examination center of Akhil Bharatiye Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, preparing students for structured classical music examinations with discipline and authenticity.

Her contribution is marked by extraordinary dedication and selfless effort. From 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., she devotes herself entirely to teaching students ranging from as young as four years old to retired senior citizens, ensuring that music remains accessible to learners of all ages. Alongside her extensive teaching responsibilities, she also manages her household with equal care and commitment, gracefully balancing both personal and professional duties. Her journey reflects perseverance, sacrifice, and unwavering passion for music education.
